This article entitled Organizationhood in the Light of Asian Minimalism is a part of the Chinese Journal of International Law, Volume 21, Issue 4 which was published on January 20th, 2023 by Oxford University Press. It looks at frameworks of international institutional law from the perspective of Asian organizationhood of practices where the usual criteria of creation by an international treaty and possession of organs are considered as restrictive, at most dysfunctional.
