IR of Europe Students Visit German Embassy in Tokyo

Students in Prof. Lamont’s IR of Europe class visited the German Embassy in Tokyo on October 30, 2024. Stefan Biedermann, Head of Press Section, at the German Embassy provided students with a presentation on life as German diplomat.

This presentation was followed by a wide-ranging question and answer session. During the course of the visit students learned about diplomacy, careers in diplomacy, and German foreign policy in the Indo-Pacific.
